The successful candidate will be heavily involved in product definition, business modeling and working with the engineering teams and customers to deliver solutions to meet customer needs. They will need to translate customer requirements into successful products that deliver value to our customers and provide significant competitive differentiation. The product manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the sales/marketing channel in the development, launch and marketing of new products. They will also have global responsibility for assigned products. Key responsibilities include :- Customer connection and understanding (ensures project team is connected to key customers; understanding of customer requirements and translation into project requirements) Competitive Analysis (SWOTs; mkt scanning; strategy recommendation) Product definition and Objectives (Product/Market plans; delivery against target) Product Introduction -development/coordination of product launch; achievement of financial targets A mixed background in marketing, business and telecommunications engineering; Educated to at least university degree level Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent) with either qualifications in Marketing or demonstrable experience/skills. Have 3+ years practical experience in a similar role. This job requires - Detailed knowledge of communication test&measurement, IPTV&NGN/VoIP industries and the key technologies involved. - Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and practice. - Strong written/verbal communication skills in English. - Demonstrated skills in Planning and organization; Clear Communicating with Others; Creativity; Relationship Development (customers, stakeholders, peers, management); Judgment&Decision Making; Negotiation Skills; teamwork; problem solving - Self-starter / strong initiative Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Candidate submissions are only accepted through our online Career Center.
