This position is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and analysis for Cooper-Nature JV. The incumbent is also responsible for providing support to the management team through financial analysis to achieve strategic objectives of Cooper-Nature JV operations. This position needs to work closely with JV operations and Cooper Asia and Division Corporate finance teams. __________________________________________________________________________ Principal Accountabilities: 1. Work closely with local team and overseas staff to ensure timely and accurately completion of required management reporting from Division Corporate and Local management including tracking of key metrics including capital spending 2. Monthly and quarterly order rolling forecast, budget and reports 3. Preparation of Board Estimate, annual budget and three-year strategic planning, and financial rolling forecast. 4. Implementing and enforcing internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance of SOX and Corporate requirements. Assist in developing internal control policy and procedures for JV operations 5. Develop and monitor business and cost analysis, operation scorecards to drive business change 6. Actively interact with business managers to interpret and analyze financial information to aid business decision-making and to serve as a business partner. 7. Lead cost team to assist JV management to achieve annual objectives of manufacturing plants, such as cost reduction and productivity improvement 8. Establish and maintain effective and efficient standard cost methodology, system and processes 9. Ensure that cost accounting practices are in line with corporate guidelines and statutory requirements 10. Set up and roll out internal control policies and procedures for production accounting and controlling 11. Maintain and reconcile all cost related ledgers and sub-ledgers on SAP . 12. Assist logistic/warehouse function in inventory planning , budgeting and management 13. Finance lead for MM and CO modules for SAP implementation project 14. Bachelor"s degree in Accounting, CPA or ACCA is desirable; 2. 4-8 years working experience in multinational companies, preferably 2 years + specific experiences in costing for manufacturing operations or international reporting; or 3 years + working experience with big 4 audit firms is preferred 3. Strong analytical skills and strong understanding of manufacturing and product costing processes. Possesses core competence in accounting and financial reporting (both local and US GAAP/ taxation). 4. Familiar with ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience. E xperience in SAP a plus. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization. Exhibits maturity in people management. 6. High energy and proactive. Strong commitment to deadlines. 7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
