职位类别： 法律 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-06-04 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Job Duties: To support Senior Compliance Manager - Monitoring and Review to provide review of HBCN’s business to obtain a reasonable assurance that they are operating in compliance with all relevant Aniti-money Laundering ("AML") Regulations and Group standards, which include: l Carry out independent onsite reviews to ensure significant AML risks have been identified and are appropriately controlled by branches/business functions; l Arrange, coordinate and review the regular nationwide compliance reviews on AML; l Arrange, coordinate and review the SCC and CRRT quarterly reviews; l Review and comment the scope, methodology and report of AML related reviews conducted by branches; l Follow up all the recommendations raised by AML Reviews to ensure that appropriate action is taken by line management; l Others as appropriate . Job Requirements: l Good knowledge in banking business; l Fluent oral and written English; l Good PC skills; l Good interpersonal and influence skills and a team player; l Holder of Bachelor degree or above and at least 4 years" working experience; l Working experience in audit firm/legal firm preferred; l Relevant experience in AML in a banking environment is a plus; l Be able to travel 1-2 times per quarter in the country; l Ability to perform under pressure . 联系方式： We do not just offer jobs, we offer opportunities for people to growth and develop.
