Assist the project leader to control the project cost and to provide suggestions for controlling the project within the planned budget. Assist line manager to make the yearly budge planning according to the project information provided by the other department. In accordance with the project drawings and the requirements of RFQ, responsible for reviewing the quantity of the project proposals provided by contractors and make sure that the price and the quantity of their proposal are correct and reasonable. Responsible for the cost control of the project Change Order Request (COR) during the execution of the project. Participate in the project acceptance and handover process and review the discrepancy of the actual cost and quantities with the panned figures. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Finance. Over 4 years of work experience in structural planning, project management. Fluent in English spoken and written.
