Responsible for developing and ensuring the Service Dept. has sufficient technical capabilities to support our workload. Basic Accountabilities: 1.Provide field technical support to the Service Departments. 2.Participate in Field Fault Finding and diagnosis of repeat callbacks as required. 3.All the activities must follow the OTIS safety policy. 4.Conduct training for Service Mechanics as required to develop their skill levels to the desired standard. 5.Contact with overseas Field Engineers and Technical Support Dept. to report and resolve technical problems. 6.Make the feasible improvement for product design and quality as required. 7.Maintain self-development to ensure up to date knowledge on all products. 8.Distribute and communicate the relevant technical documents to the mechanics. 9.Contribute to Callback Reduction Committees, introduce new technology if applicable 10.Translate technical documents. 11.Ensure all Service Sales and Service field activities comply with Company’s Quality System and ISO 9001 standard. 12.Control&timely check the service process ensure the moving quality of the products. 13.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Service Manager. Key Measurements: 1.Contribute to Callback Reduction Committees. 2.Report to technology supporting dept. and solve technology problems. 3.Attend the inspection of jobsite callbacks and examine the reason of repeated callbacks. Principle Working Relations: Service department. Qualification Requirement: 1.Education: University or above.
