职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 武汉 发布日期： 2008-06-03 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Objectives: Monitor process of manufacturing, eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performances at all stages of the quality loop in order to achieve economic effectiveness, schedule respect and customer requirement compliance. Preparation and performance of inspection on Manufacturing process Make available and the documentation and understand the manufacturing process. Control the process on every step of the manufacturing, according to the T standard: calibrate tools and gauges. Supervise inspections on windings, cores, active parts, etc… Perform the chemical tests of the environmental activities with the EHS manager. Fill the data in CAR to allow an efficient and complete reporting and analysis of data to drive improvement actions. Audit of other process Carry out process audits (1st party audit) on internal process : tender, order, design, test, sourcing, incoming materials Test assistance Provide the internal tests to be carried out during the production steps and the special tests on the transformers which are prepared for the final tests. Coordinate the actions during stage inspection by customer and to vendors ends by customer : - prepare the documents and data for Control Panels according to the Customer specification. - make Factory and Acceptance inspections with the customer on completed transformers. - provide the technical coordination with the customers during the acceptance tests. Improvement Generate non conformity report&data collection for the shops. Prepare the quality records (Non Quality Costs&relevant KPI’s indicators); reports them in Production; animate the monthly major fault report. Analyze the failures and non conformity reports: causes research (with 5 why"s PTR templates and other CI methods), manage, conduct and sponsor Six Sigma activities, action plan management. Participate to cross functional meetings and reviews (contract review, sub contractors review, design review&manufacturing review, Unit quality/SAG/CAG…) to collaborate with every actor of the design and production process. Requirement: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer degree Have training experience in TQM and Audits (Six Sigma Green belt at least) 3-6 year experience in Electrical industry. A previous experience in manufacturing should be much appreciated. Communication, pedagogy and training skills Basic knowledge of quality management standards and systems (ISO…) Attention to details, Organization, sense of priorities,Influence power (not hierarchical but influential) High level of technical understanding of the business, good awareness of Customer requirements and Project Management.
