职位类别： 法律 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-06-03 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： IP Manager Key Responsibilities ： 1 ） Set up and update new and existing manuals, policies and processes in view of the changing legal environment and commercial practice in relation to the business 2 ） Provide professional legal advice, counsel and supports to each department in their business activities (e.g. especially in areas of Intellectual Property, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, leases, commercial agreements, transactions and litigation, etc) 3 ） Participate and provide advice to corporate structure and corporate governance discussion 4 ） Draft, review, negotiate and finalize relevant internal and external contracts/documents 5 ） Work with external lawyers when needed and monitor their performance Qualification required ： 1 ） BA degree or above in Laws or other related majors, those graduated from prestigious universities are preferred 2 ） 7+ years of working experience as in-house lawyer or in law firms. Working experience in IT and foreign invested companies preferred. 3 ） Thorough understanding of IP-related law, contract law and rich working experience in such fields 4 ） Excellent written and oral language skills both in English and Chinese.
