职位描述(Job Descriptions)： Hardware Team Leader / Manager(硬件开发经理)- YK2008038 1.Participate in choosing technologies, design methods and tools to reach the right quality and BillOfMaterial. 2.Developing general electronics in different projects. 3.Responsible for specification of products in different projects. 4.Be responsible for the HW team’s performance, future development and the general work environment. 5.Assist in selecting new suppliers together with purchasing. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1.Hold an engineering degree in electronics 2.2 - 5 years experience in general specification, design, simulation and layout of PCBs from a western company 3.Used to work with EMC/EMI robust design, 4.Used to work with BillOfMaterial optimization HW/SW/mechanics/production 5.Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented 6.Are used to take the lead and show the good example and have managerial skills 7.Are capable of working independently and in teams 8.Good communication skills in English .
