Consistently reinforce the service and operations standards at store level through appropriate training activities” Facilitates Learning To implement and conduct training which motivates, builds competence and improves performance in line with the Company Training Strategy To create a partnership with the Management and Operation Teams which stimulates transfer of training, return on training investment and improves store results To be an expert on the service standards for the company and to use this expertise to ensure the consistent delivery of the standards through on-floor coaching and feedback and service training initiatives To work with the operations team to implement training initiatives that address gaps in standards and service identified by the Mystery Shopper Reports To proactively look at ways in which selling and mix and match skills can be improved in stores so that staff have ability to educate and guide our customers around the range of merchandise To facilitate activities using experiential learning techniques to maximize learning opportunities and buy in to the company’ Vision, Values and culture To leverage internal and external resources to assist in the learning process. Consulting To coach people on how to measure and improve training results, and how to appropriately diagnose problems and create actions that solve them. To serve as an operations expert and consultant on The company’ service and operating standards and supporting training systems To work with management team to help identify the appropriate resources and training interventions that will most effectively accomplish their objectives To coach and support the Training Team members to ensure their effectiveness in providing the right intervention to improve performance Communication To frequently communicate and provide feedback to Management Team in Beijing and Hong Kong regarding the success and opportunities for training development opportunities within the Beijing operation To input into the training team meetings through teleconference on a weekly basis and other communication channels as required Project Management: To plan, organize and manage assigned training activities and projects, ensuring regular feedback and updates to key stakeholders as required To manage all training projects and initiatives agreed with line manager/Hong Kong office within budget and deliver according to agreed timelines To input into the annual budget process for Training and Development activities To assist with the capture of quantitative training data, provide reports and relevant information to improve and consistently upgrade the training provided Personal Development: To demonstrate and reinforces the values and competencies that support the The company’ vision.
