Main Responsibilities Support annual sales planning process by working with multiple functions. Activities include account selection&assignment, OPEX affordability, sales force plan, business target&sales quota setting Assist sales management, along with marketing team, to identify potential market and business opportunities, and work out business initiative plans Implement company key sales programs and business processes in sales teams such as account investment plan, account business planning, executive sponsor Facilitate sales management system including review process and dashboard to assist sales GM to deliver required result on correct direction. Study and analyze data on routing basis (pipeline, account, coverage, LOB, sales performance and productivity etc.) to identify the root cause of weak performance. Provide suggestion/initiate discussion (in sales team) to develop action plans and track/monitor the result. Help senior sales managers present their ideas, strategies, and actions to superiors or subordinators (for example, business plan, Ops review slides). Requirements: Bachelor degree or above 5 +years relevant experiences either on biz finance, biz operation, or marketing functions, a financial background is a preferable Strong Biz Acumen, Analytical skills, IT market knowledge is a preferable Good communication skill and capability of driving virtual team Proactive, supportive and self motivated 联系方式： 请有意者发送简历至： jessica.guo@zhaopin.com.cn .
