One division is developing, manufacturing and selling industrial processing machines , for example mixing, drying, milling, dispersing, heating/cooling machines and equipment . These are produced in customized small series and applied in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, bitumen, oil, tenside, etc. processing. Another division is developing, manufacturing and selling laboratory apparatus and medical technology, equipment and facilities for dispersing, kneading and stirring technologies, and special equipment. It was founded in 1998. Turnover 2004: 30,4 Mio RMB; 2005: 46,1 Mio RMB; 2006: 58 Mio RMB; 2007: 93,3 Mio RMB Employees 2005: 37, 2006: 50, now: 90 Responsibilities: - Design of new machines and customized machines as well as systems for the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for implementation and attending until production. - Re-design of existing dispersing, stirring, and mixing machines as well as of stands. - Research, development, and design of mechanical parts of industrial processing machines , for example mixing, drying, milling, dispersing, heating/cooling machines . These are produced in customized small series and applied in cosmetic, food, medical, bitumen, oil, tenside, etc. processing. - Design of mechanical parts, for example enclosure, mixing tools, drive, mixing chambers and vessels, pipings . - Design of metal, ceramic, plastic parts. - Efficient, cost- and time-conscious work. - Project planning for standard and customized industrial process machines with responsibility from idea to production, including development of all mechanicals. - Supervision on assembly, commissioning and servicing. - Selection, supervision and coordination with subcontractors. - Supporting sales department on costing and quotations . - Research on competitor products and components selection, etc. - Preparation of full technical and production documentations, project files, as well as instruction manuals. - Consideration of in-plant processes and standards (ISO9001, Milestones). Work in accordance with valid norms and guidelines, for example machines guideline, EMV guideline, pressure apparatuses guideline, low-voltage guideline etc. Requirements - University degree (bachelor) in mechanical engineering or precision mechanics or similar. - At least 5 years professional experience in the R area, product development. - Experienced with conception design , technical and economic evaluation, cost-consciousness. - Experienced in providing design documents up to the series. - Good knowledge of current development tools, ideally of the 3-D CAD design software INVENTOR. - Professional experience in the area of machinery and/or industrial processing. - Good knowledge of English, Chinese native speaker. - Readiness to travel ( Germany ).
