职位描述(Job Descriptions) ba1 SgurrEnergy is looking for a suitable electric power engineer to support our onshore and offshore wind energy projects in China and Asia Pacific. The scope of work includes technical consultancy and project management related to wind farm development.Scope of work:a)Review electrical designs for wind turbine projects including grid connection, HV/MV/LV networks (including earthing, protection, transformers and switchgear) and system integration from wind farm network to wind turbines and wind farm network to existing power grid;b)On-site supervision on the electrical construction works for onshore and offshore wind turbine projects, including ancillary works related to transformer stations, cable trenches, power transmission lines and HV/MV/LV integration from wind farm network to wind turbines and wind farm network to existing power grid. Monitor, review and report on the delivery of projects against the approved execution schedule;c)Support the field work on metmast and micro-siting work for wind farm development;d)Support on quality control wind data from a network of wind monitoring towers;e)Use standard GIS software to compile information related to wind resources, wind farm development, and electric power networks;f)Use standard wind projecting software to analyse wind resources, design preliminary wind farm layouts, and calculate wind farm energy yields;g)Translate technical specifications and other documentation from design institutes and other consultants;h)Prepare technical specifications for site investigation studies and construction works.Qualifications:1.Your background should be in electric power systems, transformer stations, high voltage grids, and connection of low and medium voltage power plants, or related field with some experience in design work and analysis of control and instrumentation systems. 2.You should have relevant field experience in China. Experience in the wind energy industry would be an advantage. 3.You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua, other languages would be an advantage.4.This position will be based in Beijing, but may require travel in China and to other countries. 5.Competent with Microsoft office software such as excel, word, access and project. Knowledge of AutoCad would be an advantage.6.This candidate will need to be highly motivated and able to work without supervision. There will be a three month probation period.7.You must have professional communication skills to integrate with a multi-disciplined office team and deal with a wide range of clients directly.8.Chartered engineer.9.You will be required to show original copies of degrees and certificates. Evidence of prior work experience with references will also be required.10.The salary level is negotiable based on experience level. f84 .
