Candidates should have strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing a software testing process. Qualifications -At least 4 year of working experience including 1 years of software testing management experience, leading a team of at least 3 people. -Ability and desire to be hands-on with technology and testing procedures. -Strong interest in video games. -Solid understanding of software testing concepts and processes. -Experience with issue/bug resolution processes and tracking tools. -Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. -Ability and desire to grow a team of software testers. -Software development experience a plus. -BS or higher .
