Website: http://www.tractus-asia.com/ 职位: 土木工程师 工作范围: 鈥� 协调工程，项目管理和运营工作 鈥� 帮助选择本土服务供应商 鈥� 协助并协调选址过程 鈥� 协助项目选址的尽职调查 鈥� 协调客户对设计院和设备供应商之间的招标，并与其订立合同 鈥� 为项目设计，施工和设备采购准备预算 鈥� 执行公司关于安全和质量方面的规定和程序以确保施工/安装符合相应标准 鈥� 监督并控制承包商在施工现场的工作 鈥� 验收项目并准备相关验收报告以达到相关标准的要求并使客户满意 一般性工作: 鈥� 执行Tractus管理层计划 鈥� 鼓舞团队士气并发展项目成员 鈥� 营造安全的施工现场工作环境 要求: 鈥� 中国籍，28-45岁。符合条件的外籍人士也可考虑 鈥� 土木工程或相关专业，本科或本科以上学历 鈥� 英文流利，相当于英语四级或以上水平 鈥� 适应国内及国际性的出差 鈥� 有贸易或商业背景，至少5年土木工程施工经验 鈥� 具有管理并协调分包商的经验, 包括特种设备安装 鈥� 具有优秀的领导力，优秀的管理及开发能力 鈥� 了解行业国际准则和标准 鈥� 优秀的计划能力 鈥� 良好行政管理能力和电脑水平，熟悉Office及Project等软件 鈥� 具有卫生和安全规范与规定的运用知识 鈥� 拥有注册结构师、注册建造师等相关资质优先 鈥� 奉行客户满意原则 鈥� 2008年7月1日起可以开始工作 请投递中英文简历至ryan@tractus-asia.com，并注明申请职位，所有投递的简历都将严格保密。 Position: Civil Engineer Scope of works: 鈥� Coordinate with the engineering, project management and operations work 鈥� Help to identify Chinese services suppliers. 鈥� Assist and coordinate site selection process. 鈥� Assist with the due diligence of selected sites. 鈥� Coordinate the bidding process between the client and local design, engineering, equipments suppliers, and contracting companies. 鈥� Prepare budgets for the design, construction and equipment procurement for the project. 鈥� Implement company safety and QA/QC policies&procedures and ensure construction/installation adheres to relevant standards. 鈥� Supervise and control all general site activities by contractors on site. 鈥� Close out project with relevant inspection and documentation reports to relevant standards and to full satisfaction of customer. General: 鈥� Implement Tractus Management Plan. 鈥� Create team spirit and develop project staff. 鈥� Implement a safe working environment on site. Requirements: 鈥� Chinese national age range between 28-45 years old. Consideration may be given to qualified expatriates. 鈥� Engineering degree in appropriate field. 鈥� Must be fluent in English, CET-4 equivalent or above. 鈥� Able to travel domestically and internationally 鈥� Trade/Commercial background, with minimum 5 years experience as an Engineer. 鈥� Experience of managing and coordinating sub contractors, including specialist installations. 鈥� A strong leader with sound management and development skills. 鈥� Working knowledge of international codes and standards. 鈥� Excellent planning skills. 鈥� Good administrative and IT skills, computer literate in MS Office&Project. 鈥� Working knowledge of Health&Safety rules®ulations. 鈥� Registered Civil Engineer or Registered Construction Manager or relevant certification is preferred 鈥� Commitment to customer satisfaction. 鈥� Available since 01 Jul 2008 Candidates should submit their resume to ryan@tractus-asia.com.
