Labs China is fast growing and dynamic team of software developers and application consultants. Positioning itself as a lab of excellence, SLC is building a customer focused and scalable organization that will create a supportive environment for its developers to achieve the excellent quality product expected of SAP. As member of SAP"s new Strategic Research and Development Team, the solution architect works on Logistics Execution process survey, business process innovation and definition. The Solution Architect will co-operate with global solution management team and application development team to deliver qualified business solution for the market. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - University degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering is preferred. - More than 5 years" solid working experience as business process owner in Product Configuration area, strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and engineering in Manufacturing Company. - Good knowledge of Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) is preferred. - Experience of utilizing information system, SAP or other ERP/SCM/PLM products experience is preferred. - Capability and interests on process research and analysis. - Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills in both English and Chinese - Team player Mind set: - Creative&innovative - Quality minded - Self motivator - Fast learner - Customer focus - Team work spirit - Curious about new technologies and tools EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Survey and analyze existing Product Configuration solutions. - Analyze the current pain point in today"s Product Configuration and Make-to-Order (MTO) process - Propose innovations on Product Configuration process to meet the up-to-date customer requirements - Business process design and business role definition - User interface improvement from customer point of view - Feasibility study and analysis based on the feedback from customers.
