Developing of requesting work instructions Instructing in respect of use of the information media 3 Preparation of driver training tools/special tools/training document needed for the task consulting relevant technical literature 4 Represent Co. in front of the (potential) customers for the positive representation of our brand 5 Ongoing self training regarding MB - CV new vehicle technology/ Attending technical and non-technical training courses 6 Fleet service and advising Development of service plan for individual or fleet customers Analyse and control operation costs of MB truck (fuel consumption, tyre wear and repair and maintenance interval etc.) Advising fleet customers regarding necessary maintenance and repair facilities. 7 H.O.S. Provide driver training&hand-over specialist training to dealers/workshops Provide H.O.S. technical support for customer and dealership Qualifications&Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics/automotive technology or related studies Experience in driving heavy-duty truck is a strong plus Experience in automobile industry training is a strong plus Experience in truck driving is a strong plus Ability to develop training courses of auto after-sales service independently Interest in management consulting and training Willing to travel on business Strong logic thinking and learning abilities Open-minded, good communication skills and standard Mandarin Good problem solving capability, mental flexibility A high standard professionalism and presentation, possession and application of didactic knowledge Trainer qualification is a plus Heavy-duty truck driving license is a must 联系方式： Application Procedure: This job is regular.
