职位类别： 酒店/餐饮/旅游/娱乐 工作地点： 青岛 发布日期： 2008-05-29 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： l Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determined locations 负责安全地运送客人到达指定地点。 l Create guest satisfaction through a pleasing personality, effective communication skills and should be first to greet the guest as per time of the day 通过乐观、积极的人生态度，有效的交流技能，增加客人满意度，在接客人时，应首先与客人打招呼。 l Maintain good knowledge of the city routes locations and hotel facilities 熟悉城市线路及酒店设施。 l Maintain knowledge of flight timings and assist guest in handling and loading baggage whenever required 了解航班时间，在需要时，协助客人处理及装载行李。 l Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and be well groomed and well dressed at all times 随时保持个人卫生、良好的个人举止及穿着。 l Do utmost to learn names of guests, especially repeat and long staying guests remaining alert to situations to offer assistance 尽量用客人的名字称呼客人，特别是回头客及长期住店客人，随时为他们提供帮助。 l Assist in valet parking when not assigned any duty 在没有其他工作时，协助客人停车。 l Maintain detailed knowledge of facilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote the hotel to guests 详细了解酒店设施及服务，并推销给客人。 l Keep abreast of activities in your city which may affect driving times or routes and relay this to management 详细了解有关行驶时间及路线的交通状况，并报告给管理层。 l Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the car used for guest transfer and assist with maintaining vehicles to hotel presentation standards 负责接送客人车辆的维修及整洁，确保车辆状况能达到酒店的运行标准。 l Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Rooms Division Manager 按照要求履行其他职责。 l Report to the Concierge or the Assistant Manager whenever if unclaimed baggage is found in the vehicles 发现有无人认领的行李在车上时，及时通知行李部主管和大堂副理。 联系方式： .
