Assist in the development, production, and communication of the Asia Pacific Strategic Plan Analyze aftermarket customers¡¯ and competitors¡¯ strategies and determine implications for Honeywell¡¯s ability to differentiate in the market Performs segmentation analysis and develops the strategy that fits our competencies Identify and communicate key customer decision making criteria for RMUs and service offerings Lead development of business case modeling of new aftermarket channel structures and relationships Identify and evaluate potential channel partner opportunities Analyze the Air Traffic Management trends in the region and develop strategies to support HON product strategies and maximize commercial and business aviation growth Ensure the alignment of the regional strategy with business unit and product line strategy and priorities Support other APAC strategy marketing or business development activities Understand the aerospace product line and business strategies and how they apply to the Asia Pacific region Develop strong professional networks within the company and with key customers / partners Effective communication of complex market issues in a concise manner (both written and orally) Strong interviewing and market research skills Lead and influence cross functional teams to successful outcomes Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks Develop and help execute Aftermarket&Air Traffic Management components of Asia Pacific Strategic Plan Qualifications BS or BA in business, marketing, or other relevant discipline. 5+ years in marketing, finance, discipline or other relevant discipline in aviation or similar industry. Strong and demonstrated business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills Strong program management skills Good written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin Excellent team building and membership skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment. Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels inside Honeywell and the industry Ability to travel both domestically in China and internationally Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint&Excel Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred. Customer contact experience desired Some experience in the aviation industry Breadth of experience with aerospace products (mechanical and electronics) and aftermarket services Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution.
