职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-27 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Main Responsibilities: - Perform business/cost analysis, especially production cost analysis and cost controlling. - Draft and control of annual operating budget, long term financial plans and forecast. - Provide analytical thought leadership and lead projects that will deliver key insights for making critical business decisions deliver in time analysis and regular evaluation of business performance. - Enhance the understanding at the corporate finance level of critical business unit performance drivers and maintain a good view of business unit strengths and weaknesses. - Prepare accurate periodical cash flow report / forecast in corporate treasury function in order to maximize the usage of company"s financial resource&minimize interest cost. - Supervise finance staff to complete accurate, timely financial statements which meet the corporate reporting requirement and comply with legal, regulatory and generally accepted accounting practice. - Work with audit firm to finish yearly statutory audit&tax return, and prepare proper tax planning to maximize company"s tax benefit. - Work closely with Headquarters for the monthly report or other requests. - Establish financial policies to ensure the operations meet local legal and corporate internal control standards. Monitor of ongoing compliance with established policies and control procedures. Requirements: - BA in accounting. A CPA and/or M.B.A. in Finance or other relevant degree a plus. - At least 8 years accounting/finance related work experiences, minimum 5 years with industrial foreign invested enterprises. - Production company experienced. - Utmost integrity and proven ethical standards. - A team player, good learner and doer. - Strong leadership and Project Management skills. Prefer: - Expertise in quantitative analysis and forecasting. - Substantial experience in various finance positions with increasing levels of responsibility. - Hands-on experience in ERP system’s running. - Aggressive, initiative and committed. - Detail and accuracy oriented. - Excellent interpersonal skill. 联系方式： 电子邮箱： pizza.wu@ustar-associates.com .
