Strong electrical engineering and data analysis skills will be required. Candidate should have good understanding of testing methodology of consumer electrical products. Conduct design analysis and participate in design reviews related to design and performance matrix. Candidate should be to translate customer needs and product performance to measurable test parameters in order to define design criteria for product development. Candidate should be able to define critical performance metrics, product manufacturing environment and statistical data analysis techniques to develop manufacturing test requirements and limits Candidates should have excellent leadership skills, problem solving skills and a passion for developing world class products. Candidate should posses good communication and team leadership skills Proven ability to work well with worldwide teams and across technical, business and marketing groups is required Requirements: A BS or MS in Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related degree with relevant experience. 4 to 15 years of industry related experience including the product design or design verification of high volume MCU based consumer electronics area. Solid knowledge of theory and principles of electrical design and testing of MCU based consumer electrical products is a must. Direct working knowledge and experience of PC peripherals such as mouse, keyboard and other USB interface products is a big plus. Direct working knowledge and experience of 27Mhz, 2.4 Ghz, Bluetooth and other RF products is a big plus.
