Analog design) As an analog expert, lead design teams to get project done and meet company’s expectation. Coaching and building team talent Make suggestions for product orientation and technique development direction. Perform technical feasibility of new product proposals Give advice on company project management to improve company productivity and quality Located in Shanghai , and report to Shanghai General Manager Qualification Requirements Master degree or above in EE Minimum 15 years working experience in mixed-signal products development Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD tool, design for test, physical design, system applicant, PE, TE Abundant experience in leading cross functional project team Dominant in certain technical area, such as PLL, AD/DA, Sensor, High Speed I/O, etc. Ability of defining product architecture, making design plan, inspecting each section of design. Capacity of managing and guiding design works of parallel projects. Ability of product feasibility, cost analysis and control to achieve maximum of interest Ability of risk analyzing and controlling Excellent English in speaking, reading and writing skill Good communication skills, business negotiation skills and cooperative spirits.
