职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-27 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Report To: Dresser Shanghai IPO Quality Manager Job Summary: Sr. Process Control Quality Engineer is responsible for working with suppliers, Dresser IPO project teams and Dresser plants to assure consistently delivered mechanical product quality through process control and process improvement. RESONSIBILITES INCLUDE : Work with suppliers to develop and improve suppliers’ process control capability. Train supplier to use SPC techniques in manufacturing process control. Develop process control plan. Conduct process capability study. Review suppliers’ control plan, Cpk, material certification, product inspection reports, PPAP, APQP. Help suppliers resolve technical issues and improve their productivity through value engineering. Support product quotation process through reviewing drawings and specifications. Recommend capable suppliers to project teams. Work with sourcing project teams to visit or audit suppliers. Proactively communicate with suppliers, Dresser IPO project teams and Dresser plants on the status of projects. Maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and procedure. Conduct business in a manner that is consistent with Dresser policies and procedures including Dresser Business Code of Conduct. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Education Requirements: Bachelors degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other related field. Position Requirements Combined 7 year experience in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance. Strong background in mechanical manufacturing process field; Process Capability Study (Cpk), Process Control Plan, machining fixtures design, cutting tool selection, and inspection gauge or instrument selection. Read English drawings and specifications. Able to communicate through English e-mails. Speak English is plus. Strong team player with good knowledge in team building, team leadership and brain-storming. Self-driven, result, and process oriented. Motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
