职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-27 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Areas of Responsibility / 工作职责 : Monitor dept. member to obey the safety rules, ensure production safety. ; 要求并监督部门员工遵守有关安全的各项规章制度 , 确保安全生产； Monitor dept. member operate tally with production procedure, ensure the product quality; 要求并监督部门员工按质量程序操作以确保产品和工作质量； Direct, control and monitor the production and the logistics, ensure the delivery on time; 对生产和物流工作进行指挥，控制和监督以确保供货期； Stimulate group member work hard with efficiency; 激励部门员工努力，认真，有效工作； Responsible to the productivity and Employee working evaluation, arrange equipment and human resource according to business development ; 负责对生产能力和部门员工的评估，根据公司发展要求安排设备及人力发展； Carry out, implement, maintain ,improve and supervise ISO9000 quality system of the department; 贯彻、执行、保持、改进、监督本部门的 ISO9000 质量体系和环境管理体系要求； Carry out, implement the environment policy and the EMS document. 贯彻、实施公司的环境方针和环境管理体系的文件。 Requirement / Competencies / 要求 / 能力 : Education background / 教育背景 Above Bachelor Degree / 本科学历以上； Knowledge and skills need to own / 知识及能力要求 Be accomplished in production and logistics management; 精通生产及物流管理； Working experiences / 工作经验 At least 5 years working experiences in multinational company of manufacturing; 至少 5 年以上制造业外资企业工作经验； 3+ years experience on organization and management; 3 年以上的组织和管理经历。 Language skills, if need / 语言能力 Good written&oral English communication skills; 可以用流利的书面英语和口语交流； PC skills, if need / 计算机水平 Familiar with Win98/2000, MS Office / 熟练操作 Win98/2000 及办公软件； Preferred personality / 性格要求 Responsible, earnest, sense of urgent / 有责任心，认真，有时间感； Other demand / 其它要求 Working hard, excellent coordination skill / 敬业，优秀的协调能力 联系方式： Email: brenda@everyoung.sh.cn .
