职责和要求 ： Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand user requirements and provide high quality, on budget and on time services according to the IT project management standard, procedure and methodologies; - Follow production management process and flow to resolve issues and identify solutions; - Provide production device support and printing software operation improvement; - Develop and conduct IT training to the user community; - To ensure production operations and documentation standards are adhered to; - To monitor the operational performance of IT related services according to service level agreements. Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; - Minimum 3 years relevant experience; - Have experience in production device support is preferable; - Fluent in written and spoken Chinese/English.
