Provide reporting and analysis to PMs/Ems and portfolio managers； - Review and monitor costing and pricing margins of projects, ensuring overall profitability by highlighting costs over-run and updating pricing - Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and periodically proposing revisions to the overhead and direct labor cost allocations; - Monitor actual and budgeted performance, highlighting business opportunities and problems to management; - Responsible for analyzing Variance ( Vs. Standar/ Vs. Budget/ Vs.Forecast) and performance review; - Responsible for budgeting / planning / monthly forecasting; - Responsible for Transfer Price Issue / Analyzing new business model; - Take a lead role in the implementation and integration of the new Project Accounting System and integration of PSA. General Requirements: - Working knowledge of US GAAP - Knowledge of Chinese Statutory reporting requirements - CPA/CMA -a plus - Minimum of at least a BS or BA, with a major in Accounting or Finance - 8 years overall experience - Solid experience in cost variance analysis including material, labour, overhead and standard costing; - Effective written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin - Experience with managing staff - Experienced using the Finance module of a highly integrated ERP system (SAP, Oracle,or similar) . - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth understanding of financial accounting and managerial accounting - Extensive knowledge about IT industry and technology - Self-motivated&independent with strong sense of responsibility; - Flexible, dynamic, strong analytical mind, mature with good personality; Good communication skills and tactfully dealing with people at all levels; - Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule; - Strong PC skills; 联系方式： .
