It has a manufacturing facility in Suzhou Industrial Park and a sales office in Shanghai. Our Shanghai Sales Office now is recruiting a National Sales Manager GGB China who will manage and direct its sales force and the business development in China. Qualifications: Must ideally have experience in the bearing industry (not especially plain bearings, also rolling element bearings ok). Experience in dealing with automotive industry preferred. Having worked for an international company before. Good spoken and written English Experience in running a sales team based in different locations, Proven track record of developing business and sales team Having worked closely with a factory before Modern management approach Good teambuilding skills Good analytical skills Good motivational skills Good communication skills Good organizational skills Able to work independent Willing to travel a lot Will be based in Shanghai Having a driving license Responsibilities: 1.Develop marketing strategy and sales tactics to maximize market capture. 2.Provide technical and commercial support to our sales team, and support our customer"s with sales/marketing solutions and matching these with the respective product road maps. 3.Provide guideline and direction on pricing, quotation and customer management. 4.Able to interface with senior management, headquarter or factories in USA and Europe. 5.Direct and provide competitive intelligence and market research to sales and business development executive for making appropriate planning and strategy. 6.Travels to customer sites to evaluate and rectify customer problems. 7.Prepare annual sales planning, budgeting and reporting 8.. 9.Participate in the different programs launched: satisfaction survey, key account evaluations, competition analysis, market segmentation etc. 10.Other duties as assigned by sales and business development executives 联系方式: .
