职位描述(Job Descriptions): Position Specification: The incumbent is responsible to: -Provide comprehensive administrative&secretarial assistance for Director and Communications team -Meeting planning, agenda and minutes follow up for Communications staffs and corresponding stakeholders -Communications function administrative works : MER filing&approval process, monitor customer visiting overseas, E-bulletin edition and send out -Meeting set up and corresponding arrangement for external parties -Consolidate and prepare all corresponding business review and presentation materials Basic Accountabilities: -Reliable administrative support to Executive and function leaders -Proper follow up and closure of identified meeting action items -Meeting materials preparation, consolidation and filings Key Measurements: - Timely and well organized meeting logistics and coordination - Committed cycle time to complete related administrative tasks - On time to complete and close meeting action items Principle Working Relations: OCL HQ executives and cross functional leaders. 职位要求(Job Requirements): Qualification Requirement: ·Education: University Graduate majored in English , Business and/or Communication curriculum trained ·Experience: 1-2 years, preferred to having prior working experience or internship acquired from MNC ·Fluent in all rounded English communication ( read, write&listen ) ·Effective communication skills across all different functions ·Independent working with sound organizing and time management skills ·Computer Skills: Be familiar with MS-Office and power users of PowerPoint Critical requirement: Identified staff needs to respect strict confidentiality towards information or data that one handles .
