This individual must have a strong hardware test background and a multi-discipline working knowledge of hardware test for networking products. This lead test engineer will be responsible for: (1) thoroughly understanding the new products from a technical and business perspective; (2) developing the overall hardware test strategy and identifying any new test requirements; (3) project schedule input and updates; (4) overall project hardware test execution; (5) attending project engineering team meetings and providing regular project status to the engineering and program teams; (6) risk mitigation and issue mitigation related to product hardware test; (7) developing new processes and procedures that improve product development and test efficiency and effectiveness, and increase product quality Education Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 5-7 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 7-10+ yrs related experience. Skills Required This lead test engineer must have the following technical skills, knowledge and/or qualifications: (1) project management experience and working knowledge of project management fundamentals and tools; (2) working knowledge of networking products and principles; (3) working knowledge of product architectures, design for test principles and product quality and hardware test methodologies; (4) broad hardware design and test background and experience including a working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, power and compliance functional test areas; (5) excellent written and verbal communication skills; (6) highly capable in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; (7) strong team work and collaborative skills 联系方式： alice.wu@zhaopin.com.cn .
