职位类别： 法律 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2008-01-26 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities : Leading the Legal Department of the Business Unit Coordination of real estate projects of the Business Unit with the Shanghai based HQ Control and coordination of local law firms in the Business Unit in particular for site due diligence and title research Supervising the legal work of the Legal Departments in the Business Unit in particular in the fields of Real Estate and Corporate Law as well as the application for Licences and Permits Negotiating real estate acquisitions and lease agreements General contract work (i.e. drafting, negotiating, supervising, follow-ups) Legal administration in general Legal lobbying - if necessary and requested by the Business Unit Manager Requirements : min. 5 years of working experience (after final graduation) in an international environment, either in international law firm or a multinational company having entrepreneurial spirit and being business minded team player, open minded and always being absolute transparent to each internal business partner involved higher education in law (first rate of Chinese law schools preferred), ideally combined with an international graduation like LLM from Europe or the US very good knowledge of Chinese business law (in particular real estate, corporate and commercial law) strong leadership skills strong negotiation skills strong communication skills towards his/her other management colleagues and the General Counsel good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point, possibly Excel) fluent (very good) English, especially drafting 联系方式： Please indicate with a subject line the position you are applying for (e.g., HR Manager, Financial Controller, General Manager). we would like to have a copy of your updated resume in both English and Chinese with your expected salary via Email if you find the position appropriate for your consideration.
