Minimum seven 7 years experience in Western Kitchen functions, at least five 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in a 3 to 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel management company. 3. Minimum two years as a hotel Executive Chef. 4. Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends. 5. Solid track record managing multiple kitchens. 6. Fluency in English spoken and written preferred. 7.
