And its Asia HQ is in Singapore , its products are sold to the corporation, supermarket, company by agent or dealer. In order to develop the Chinese market, they required a manager, who is responsible for popularizing their products in china. Responsibility: 1. Be responsible for managing key channel partner sales; direct account management; 2. Be responsible for overall sales target/quota for the China region. 3. Qualify, recruit&cultivate channel partners in order to boost up channel sales to meet the company target; 4. Able to manage and motivate staffs to achieve overall objectives. 5. Work with existing sales staff to penetrate new industry/ market; 6. Be responsible for promoting and selling all company products/solutions (AIDC) to supply chain equipment to general Requirement: 1. University graduate a must, Preferably MBA; 2. 5-8 years sales management experience, at least 3 years channel management experience in multinational IT company; 3. Leadership quality and able to lead a team and motivate to achieve overall objectives. 4. Both direct sales and channel experiences; 5. Good communication and business management skills; 6. Aggressive, determine, dynamic&hard working; 7. Able to work in a highly independent environment; 8. Travel required within China and Asia region. 9. Proven track record; 10. Fluent in English&Chinese; 11. Good understanding of Automatic Identification Data Collection (AIDC) industry will be a plus. 联系方式: .
