RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Act as project industrial quality leader in R projects, to ensure the realization of the quality target and specifications. 2.Work closely with China R Center(CRDC) to define components, subassembly and products quality level during design 3.Follow Schneider industrial strategy and process to generate industrial quality specification and control plan for parts, component&subassembly(C/SA), Products and Process. 4.Organize PFMEA and follow up the actions. 5.Work closely with Industrial project leader to develop manufacturing process quality control plan. 6.Lead supplier manufacturing process capability evaluation, communicate with suppliers on quality requirements, provide proper training if necessary to make sure the suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality parts to Schneider. 8.Promote Quality industrialization tools to support to industrialization team. 9.Good knowledge of Tolerance principle( ISO8015) is required. Familiar with operation of dimensional measurement equipment are a plus. 10.Good knowledge and experience of sheet metal/plastic tooling, machining/welding are a must. 11.Good command of quality tools(FMEA, SPC, MSA),Six Sigma GB/BB are a plus. 联系方式： Mail your CV to Recruitment.INS@cn.schneider-electric.com .
