职位类别: 销售 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-05-21 工作经验: 3-5年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Report to: Regional Sales Manager Location: Beijing Responsible region: North China Expected commencement date: ASAP Job Description To find distributors in the main industrial regions; Cooperation with strategic partners in trading and industries; To support distributors under headquarters distribution management; Necessary localization of sales information in co-operation with Sales Marketing Department and assistance; To play a vital part in joint marketing activities with partners; To manage products geared to the Chinese market; Holistic consulting for the corresponding product class incl. the associated services; Process-oriented consulting and creation of demand while aiming to sell our entire service and solution; Weekly and monthly report to RSM; Turnover upon new market/clients to fulfill sales targets; Public Relationship through daily operations; Target-oriented and responsible for sales management in assigned region; Participation in trade fairs, workshops and business negotiations. Personal profile The candidate should have completed an education degree in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology; Working knowledge in electrical engineering/automation (>3years professional working experience desirable); Know-how in following-up/turning over business potentials to achieve sales target in the region; Very strong social competence proven through existing personal/business nets; excellent interpersonal skill to convince and guide business relationship; Ability to communicate within the entire working system just in time; Command of standard office software ; Regional knowledge to help channel further sales/distribution (regions expected: North China); Regular travel. 汇报对象: 区域销售经理 工作位置:北京 负责区域: 华北地区 期望入职时间: 尽快 工作内容 向华北区销售经理汇报。 寻找和建立分销商关系。 积极收集区域或者行业客户、市场、竞争对手的相应信息,支持市场部门制定产品发展战略。 负责客户对相应产品和服务的咨询。 向区域销售经理交周报和月报。 跟踪订单客户,挖掘和拓展新机会,完成销售目标。 建立和维护稳定的客户关系。 负责相关区域和产品的推广和销售工作。 参加展会等市场推广活动。 要求 工业自动化或电气工程相关专业本科毕业 大于三年的工业自动化销售工作背景,熟悉传感器,编码器或者过程仪表产品等相关产品 具备丰富的地区客户资源信息(指定地区:华北地区) 熟悉区域所属客户行业信息(行业:印刷包装,钢铁冶金,风电,化工食品等) 具备团队精神,能够很好的与上海总部同事密切合作 熟悉渠道销售管理制度 能够熟练运用电脑办公软件 良好的书面及口头英语能力 能够长期出差 联系方式: E-mail: hr.cn@baumergroup.com .
