Key Tasks Goal-setting, management of product activities and ensuring that product meets market demand. Casting components design, modification and qualification . Management of casting parts ECM (Engineering Change Management) activities with direct&considerable input. Management of product change request&design, initial sample qualification, product test, product change implementation. Manage day-to-day activities around casting product with considerable input. Involve in cost reduction activities, problem-solving on sourcing of casting components. Qualification Master/bachelor degree in casting or mechanical area, strong knowledge about casting, skills in casting material selection, strength calculation and component design, at least 5 years casting working experience. Master 3D Pro-e design and drawing modification, familiar with FEA, compressor design background is preferred.
