职位类别： 销售 零售业 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-20 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Our client is one of Europe leading luxury brand.they are currently looking for candidate to join their shanghai/beijing operation team Major Responsibilities: 1.Manage the window and VM program for China in line with the regional and global objectives and directions. 2.Store openings organize VM plan&initial merchandising， including new staff VM training / props&window order / in store visuals. 3.Guideline translate, distribute&make local additions to the VM guidelines 4.Monthly VM review, collect&review all store photo, sending VM recommendations&comments and store feedback 5.Conduct national VM training 6.Store visits 7.Store maintenance check 8.Set up in store VM team network for China&communication tools 9.Supervise VM team 10.Manage VM budget and track the spending monthly and coordinate with finance department 11.Windows / display / prop management Requirement: -A minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury product Visual Merchandising experience -Colleague degree or above -Demonstrates ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects -Demonstrated people/team management and agency management skills -Knowledge of Planning, budgeting and cost control -Motivated, can-do oriented, independent and proactive approach to work -High level of English and Mandarin ability- written and spoken Applications with current CV should be sent by email to meko@oslsearch.com.cn 联系方式： Applications with current CV should be sent by email to meko@oslsearch.com.cn .
