Key responsibilities l To develop strong relationships with shareholders, bankers, financial institutions, investors and government institutions and personal. l Take charge of the full spectrum of the financial management and control function for the company including financial reporting, treasury, budgeting statutory reporting, taxation, insurance l Contribute to the achievement of the mission, business strategy and long term and short term goals and objectives of the organization; l Be responsible for building and maintaining robust financial management, internal control, procurement procedure systems, plus all related procedures; l Ensure that the organization is compliant and adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements in Greater China and U.S. in which the company operates. In addition ensure that the overall health of the organization is maintained; l Regular reviews of the financial standing of the company to ensure that risk is managed successfully and all insurance needs are covered in this area; Experience requirement : l Proven track record in successfully managing the finance function in a fast expansion organization preferably in the industry of healthcare or private hospital , with a minimum of 15 years experience including min 5years experience at the same position. l Has a strong working knowledge of SEC filings and US GAAP reporting regulations and exposure to managing multiple locations. Previous experience of public listing for a company on a major stock exchange, preferably the NASDAQ and NYSE; l Demonstrated the ability to cooperate with all levels of an organization in China and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others; l Excellent communication skill with fluency in both Mandarin and English l Versatility and capability to handle numerous tasks and challenges needed to deliver results; l Track record in building credibility and trust with both senior management, bankers and investors. l Appropriate mix of maturity, discipline and flexibility in order to fit a fast growing and dynamic organization. Helping to develop a strong company culture and working environment. Education Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or similar and a recognized accounting qualification.
