职位类别： 人力资源 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-20 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 我们的客户是欧洲知名的经济型品牌连锁酒店，现委托招聘： 职位：集团公司人力资源总监（HRD） 工作地点：上海 Job Description: 1.Establish and supervise China Headquarters and regional offices" HR planning and budgeting. 2.Develops and oversees the implementation of Human Resources Policies&Procedures, staff development, and training policies&procedures. 3.Lead and enforce recruitment and training, improve compensation&Benefit policy and system 4.Lead and supervise proper HR appraisal for each level of employee 5.Build good relationship between Employees and each branch, create successful business culture 6.Analyze and control HR monthly reports and results of each branches 7.Prepare the annual HR budget, controls the operational expenses and costs of the Human Resources Department. 8.Directs the development of high potential management staff and efficient recruitment channels. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources functions, at least 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in Chain Hotel Management 2. Strong background in employment, employee relations, benefits, wage and salary, employee training, accident prevention, and government regulations and policies as they impact HR. 3. The working experience on recruiting Hotels" Executives would be an advantage; 4. A thorough understanding of local labor laws. Experience in training and developing employees preferred. 5. Fluency in English spoken and written preferred. 6. Pre-opening experience preferred. 7. Available for business travel 职责描述： 1. 统管中国总公司、区域分支机构的人事工作规划和预算； 2. 建立建全集团及下属各分支机构的人力资源管理体系； 3.审核各分支机构每月人事报告；与雇员和各分支机构建立良好的合作关系，建立特有的企业文化； 4. 建立招聘、培训工作体系，做好人力资源规划及储备工作。 职位要求： 1.具有8年以上相关职位的工作经验，至少5年以上酒店人力资源管理经验 2.在酒店人员招聘、合同管理、薪金制度、员工培训、事故预防、政府关系等方面具有丰富经验 3.熟悉酒店高级管理人员招聘，熟悉国家、地区劳动法律法规及政策 4.良好的英文写作、口语、阅读能力，可直接与外籍人员交流 5.具有新酒店筹备开业经验者优先 6.能适应日常差旅 联系方式： 若对以上职位感兴趣,请发送中英文简历至: linda.you@zhaopin.com.cn .
