职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-05-19 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 某世界五百强美资企业 有buying office内工作经验的人优先考虑 POSITION DETAILS POSITION TITLE: Packaging Engineer/Sr. Packaging Engineer ORGANIZATION: Product Engineering and Quality NATURE AND SCOPE: Reports to Packaging Manager/Asst Manager NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS: None LOCATION: Shenzhen, China TRAVEL: Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 30% of the time POSITION PURPOSE The Packaging Engineer position will support the growth, quality and productivity initiative in Asia sourcing office in line with THD global strategy. The Packaging engineer will be responsible in planning, executing and controlling the packaging projects so that we have 100% quality and timely execution in line with THD and packaging standards. As a subject matter expert, he/she will be also required to support daily project transactions by working with cross functional teams in THD and also with suppliers and manufactures to resolve the packaging defects and issues. He will be based out of Shenzhen and will report to the packaging manager. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES n Execute the packaging projects in ASO in line with the packaging standards and Standard Operation Procedures n Identify the Packaging tasks/projects using THD product onboarding system and work with suppliers, Service providers and internal team in planning and executing them n Validate packaging tests and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards, industry requirements and historical data, and THD requirements as described in SBA. Transfer packaging CTQs into tailor made quality control programs as appropriate n Review the packaging CTQs and specifications for any new product or product enhancements n Review/develop the packaging Test Protocol for conducting Pre purchase testing. n Review the test reports from services service providers for packaging namely PPT report and PSI reports n Work with Suppliers/SP and SQE/Sourcing leaders/merchants and identity the CAPA and drive to close the CAPA actions n Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors. n Train the Service providers and suppliers on the THD packaging standards and updates as required n Learn/develop the packaging knowledge and expertise MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS n Four-year advanced technical or engineering degree preferred n Bachelor degree or above in Packaging or others n 3-5 years experience of packaging and printing related field. n In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control. n Good project management experience and organization skills. n Cross function communication skills English / Mandarin Oral / Written Computer n Knowledge of the following areas: Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc., Packaging structure design&Packaging test Flexography, Offset, Screen Printing technology Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES n Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem n Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) n Self starter n Experience in the Home Improvement and retail industry preferred n Independently sees projects through to an end result n Proven ability to execute and deliver on time. n Six Sigma /ISO Quality trained 联系方式： jody@seniorhr.com .
