Provides key input into the innovation projects identified in the region. 3. Responsible for working with the regional Tobacco LOB management and the technical leads in the US in establishing a credible technical support program for alll of the tobacco customers and developing appropriate revenue generating TVO opportunities at targeted accounts. 4. Assists the Chian Region Tobacco Businesss Director in building sound strategic technical plans for each tobacco customer suited to their needs and our resources. 5. Works cross-functionally for continuous improvement to advance the state of our product and service offerings in the region. 6. Works with the AP Tobacco Business Director in developing a closer relationship with the STMA and CNTC leadership in China and in gaining their buy-in in support of MWV TVO projects 7. Work with the Tobacco LOB Marketing Manager, Tobacco Business manager, and the Business Development manager in developing a sound value proposition catering the Chinese markets. 8. Work with the AP Tobacco Innovation Lead in developing new product opportunities for the region 9. Keep management apprised of changing market trends and developments. 10. Spend 50% of actual time customer facing. Requirements: - Degree holder in Engineering or Science (Physics, Chemistry) - Minimum of 5-8 years business experience in a technical environment. Ideal experience would include paper making , printing and/or packaging in the tobacco industry. - Experience in managing technical projects and initiatives through cross-functional teams - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good business acumen - Good command of English and Mandarin language. - Experience in customer facing activities. 联系方式： .
