职位类别: 市场/市场拓展/公关 工作地点: 广州 发布日期: 2008-05-19 工作经验: 10年以上 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: Job Responsibilities Market Analysis&Development Provide marketing functional support for CTL projects, coordinating closely with the CTL Project Team, SSI, Sasol Oil and Sasol Technology and Chinese Partners. This includes market research&assessment, product specifications, development of project marketing&distribution strategies, management of consultants, scoping of studies, interfacing with Partners and supporting the CTL Venture Team in all marketing related issues. Marketing Interfaces Lead the CTL Project Marketing Track (deliverables and timeline) in alignment with China CTL Partners. Engage with potential customers/off-takers/service providers to negotiate contracts for sales and supporting agreements to enable commercial closure in line with agreed requirements (e.g. outbound product sales&distribution agreements). Market Pricing Develop and maintain a database to track key market prices and indices. Generate and provide pricing models/mechanisms/forecasts for input into project economic models in support of investment decisions. Team Interfaces Support the broader CTL team’s activities and objectives such as model development, product registration, outbound logistics strategy, commercial requirements, product slate optimisation, and incentives motivation&application. CTL Product Promotion I dentify demonstration initiatives that would support awareness of CTL products with local and regional authorities, government departments and fuel majors in China. Pre-requisites Qualifications and expertise required B Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering (Must) Post-Graduate Business Qualification (Wish) Specific experience required 1. At least 8 years experience in related marketing and business development, preferable some international experience as well. 2. Experience in the Oil and Energy Industry 3. Detailed focus; 4. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills; 6. Excellent negotiating, influencing and presentation skills; 7. Possess qualities such as strong sense of confidentiality, mature, discretion and tact; culturally sensitive, trust worthy, as well as tenacity 8. High level of communication and negotiation skills 9. Solution-oriented personality (e.g. self-motivated, delivering quality solutions and demonstrating flexibility) 10. Quantitative research, analysis and interpretation skills 11. Ability to make decisions 12.
