Responsibility -Responsible for all aspects in production; Make sure production at high quality and equipment at high efficiency (lower idle time); -Make sure production at right labor utilization, control headcounts and team stable&high performance; -Work with QC and Functional Excellence to improve processes to 6 sigma level; -Responsible for the product bill of materials, reduce the material consumption; -Work with IT department to improve the Order management and production control system running effectively; -Give guidance to group-leader and operators for the process improvement. Requirements -Bachelor degree above in Biochemistry or Chemistry, -Have 5 years management experience; -Excellent interpersonal and organization skills; -Relevant industry experience in a pharmaceutical, bio-technical, medical device or chemical environment ideal. -Strong management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal teams and individuals as well as critical external contacts as required. -Strong communication skill and well work with cross function team -Experience with process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM) ideal; -Must be able to champion multiple green belt projects to improve operational efficiencies. -Can deal with great pressure -Fluent English preferred Resume to us,please write down the job title with the code,thanks! 联系方式： .
