Job Responsibilities Lead the sourcing activities in Hangzhou branch to meet the hiring requirements according to the souring plan Drive the implementation on recruiting and staffing process and to ensure consistency and alignment Head Office guideline Implement HR policy and comply with the market practice and local regulations, ensure HR compliance Provide the regular reporting to HRD Be responsible for Payroll&Social Benefits administration To provide employee’s information in HR system and ensure the database updating timely and accurately. Assisting Regional Head Of HR for other ad hoc HR tasks Requirements Bachelor degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, 3 years experience as HR Generalist in MNC Familiar with labor law and local regulations Excellent communication and influence skills Positive attitude and able to take multi task Open-Minded and be proactive team player Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking Please send your resume to caroline.ling@mri-china.com 联系方式： caroline.ling@mri-china.com .
