Its customers include companies in the top clients in Financial Services, Banking and Responsibilities l To position and present the proposed solution to customers, partners, technical staff, and senior managers. l To organize training sessions for channels and alliance professionals l To take ownership for drafting and managing responses to RFPs and RFIs. l Responsible for Project Reviews, including: - Technical analysis of customer requirements - Technical negotiations with customers - Creating configurations / quotes for customers - Reparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers l Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working along with Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers l Approximately 50+% travel required Requirements l A BS or preferably a MS degree in a technical discipline and three years industry experience in telecommunications / call center technology l Good knowledge in the some of following areas : CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD, WEB/Internet, NT server/SQL server, Database knowledge, computer H/W&networking l Previous Pre-sales experience is a definite plus l Superior people skills l Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities l Good written and spoken English.
