Ability to perform circuit design unassisted from start to finish. Should be able to develop subsystem and system architecture unassisted. Able to act in the role of Lead Engineer directing the activities of Electronic Engineer on a project from start to finish. Ideally would possess project management skills including scheduling and resource allocation forecasting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop quotations ands schedules for development programs with little or no assistance. Provide Document control with a complete component, subassembly, and assembly design package including drawings and database. Provide Document Control with a complete design package consisting of schematics, BOM’s, vendor lists. (Electrical) Develop and provide complete software documentation including test&validation plans. (Software) Work concurrently with Jabil CAD Services, Business Unit Management, Manufacturing, Test, Purchasing, and Quality departments through the design phase of a program. Work to provide a design that not only meets the customer’s criteria, but is also of high quality, cost effective, and manufacturable. Provide Business Unit Management / Business Development with timely and accurate design quotations to aid in the quoting process. Help Business Unit Management / Business Development in the decision of the feasibility and technological merit of new opportunities. Support production discrepancies by incorporating fixes into subsequent revisions in a timely manner. Record all ideas, sketches, and pertinent conversations in Design Engineering approved Log Book or Design Notebook. Use SPC data collected in production in subsequent programs to ensure continuing improvement in designs. Be responsible for directing the Design Technicians on their assigned projects. Oversee assembly and test of engineering prototypes. Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor"s degree, master’s preferred, in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university; and six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of GSM networks architecture and protocols Basic knowledge of basic architecture of mobile phone Use of standard RF measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, scoop, CMU,..) Analog (AM, FM and pulse) and digital (BPSK, QPSK, MSK, GMSK&8-PSK) modulation methods Knowledge of Agilent measurement software Blue tooth , Wifi knowledge, DNLA Making/managing of RF test plan and reporting Analyze of RF problems + solution for problem Coaching and Training of technical factory debug engineer Build support at factory + analyze of factory measurement results Have working experience in mobile field 联系方式： HR_JTSChina@Jabil.com .
