As a leading luxury SUV manufacture in the world and the only professional 4*4 manufactory, Land Rover has established a great positive reputation in China . The Land Rover China Marketing team plays an important role of understanding the Chinese Customer, raising the brand awareness for Land Rover and providing better products and services to Chinese Customers. It involves brand/product research, brand/product strategy, advertisements, customer relationships and customer events. From the start of product design to the end of customers" experience, the Marketing department plays a key role in communicating with different parties and balancing the skills and aspirations of those parties in order to satisfy our customers in China . The Role&Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing in planning and lead on implementing different events to fulfill sales/marketing objectives Develop and maintain a yearly event calendar and publish an updated version regularly to all parties involved Implement pre and post marketing event evaluation reports and communicate the success of each event to Marketing Manager on a monthly and yearly basis. Coordinate with importers/dealers to work out the best ways to support local sales. Coordinate with importers/dealers for best practices of local auto show. Plan, execute and evaluate annual Dealer Conference/workshop Liaison with external parties and strategic partners, support Marketing (Director/Manager) to create new event, in order to enhance the brand awareness and generate more business opportunities Coordinate Experience System with UK and Importers to make the best effort for experience center, with defining and establishing instructor team to support different events. Develop event guidelines and ensure dealers understand and follow those for each event Skills, experience and qualifications required: Bachelor"s degree a must Experience in marketing, especially event management area for at least 3-5 years Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy Has customer-focused mindset, responsible, integrity, innovative and drive for result Good in Microsoft office software"s’ practices Good communication and coordination skills.
