职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-05-15 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： The Machine operator leader is responsible for the entire machine shop.The shop comprises of 2 lathes and a conventional milling machine: all new machines (no CNC). The machining is mainly for our own factory needs: many different parts and no mass production. Job Description: * To be in charge of performing all parts machining, maintaining the machines and tools in perfect operating conditions, and supervising the raw material stock; * To work independently on all machines, and manage the shop as a ‘small business unit’ to produce in time and at required quality all the parts required; * To manufacture to the quality required on the drawings; * To r ead drawings and define how to machine these parts; * To manufacture parts as per production plan * To machining of parts; * To maintain machines, tools and shop; * To maintain raw material inventory; * To maintain tools; * To train and supervise staff if any. Profile: * A high level of precision and work quality is required; * Good English skill at least in reading and writing English and oral English is plus; * Association degree or above majoring in Mechanical Equipment or related subjects,and more than 3 years related work experience; * Excellent interpretation of drawings(in English); * Serious experience on conventional machining,and know very well lathe and milling machine operation; * Experience on machine shop management; * Keen to always achieve the quality required Very adaptive to last minute demand; * Good at c ommunication and collaboration. 联系方式： If you are interested in this position, send both your Chinese and English CV to hr@ibachina.com , please. .
