BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Handles customers¡¯ needs and complaints in timely manner Monitors CSI and develop and implement CRM activities Updates and maintains customer database regularly and accurately Analyzes customer behavior to aid after sales business development and promotion Managing call flow, workflow and backup support to ensure customer satisfaction BASIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 5 years related experiences, experiences with auto industry Experiences with DMS implementation and operation is a strong plus Bachelor¡¯s degree in administration, psychology or related ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Please send your application to following email: careers.cn@chrysler.com .
