Support the Finance director to prepare the forecast and provide analysis on cost, expense and inventory; 3. Chase the unreasonable variance and provide analysis reports on different cost elements; 4. Support the Finance Controller to build up financial procedures. And take proper action to ensure the procedures are implemented; 5. Work closely with other departments to find cost down solutions and monitor the actions; 6. Support Finance Controller to perform SOX walk-through and physical count of inventory; 7. Support the internal/external audit; 8. Assist in managing day to day cash position of Rhodia companies, and implementing cash management system. Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant principle; 2. Above 5 years related working experience which 3 years in industrial costing manager is prefer; 3. SAP FI/CO module knowledge is must; 4. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill; 5. Good command of English in speaking and writing; 6. Team building.
