At this position, you will be part of a global team and work side by side with design teams in US. You will gain access to Polycom technologies and develop solutions with Polycom partners. You will work with senior engineers with oversea track of records at companies like Polycom, Nortel, and Microsoft. Responsibilities: 1.Take ownership of QA projects, define scope resources, and get hands-on time to time 2.Hire QA engineers and mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management 3.Establish and maintain high standard testing process and best practices 4.Coordinate with other teams and keep tracking project progress 5.Effectively leverage the testing resources for different projects Qualifications: 1.Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent 2.8 years working experience, including the experience in building testing frameworks and in test automation 3.Demonstrated leadership skills, accountability and integrity 3.Strong project management skill 4.Proven track record for high quality product delivery 5.Proven track record in growing highly technical testing teams 6.Good communication skills 7.Analytical/problem solving capabilities 8.Driven, creative and result oriented. 9.Excellent English skills, both in written and oral Technical Skills: 1.Development or testing management experience, at least 5 years. 2.Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches 3.Highly proficient in Unix/Linux 4.Industry experience coding in C/C++,Java,and/or C# 联系方式： E-mail: chinaHR@polycom.com .
