Recommends effective compensation programmes that are economically sound, internally equitable and externally competitive. Ensures that compensation programmes are communicated and understood by affected management and employees Trains and develops staff personnel to effectively handle the administration of the various compensation programme. Works closely with business leaders and the Head of HR to ensure sound compensation&benefits Strategy and initiatives to support building a world class organisation. Provides consulting services in the areas of performance management, job scoping, stock options, incentive&benefits design, policy&system development, recognition and change management. Revamps performance management systems with the renewed focus on bottom line results as well as behavioural competencies. Keeps apprised of local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance. Lead the study, analysis, design, evaluation, communication, implementation and administration of a variety of compensation and benefit programmes, policies and procedures. Manages the administration of merit review process, incentive plans and stock plans. Manages the participation and collection of salary surveys and competitive benchmarking for the Company’s compensation and benefits programmes. Ensures the appropriate technology is maximized to administer all compensation and benefits programmes. Manages the administration of international assignment process and update the local policy from time to time. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels within the organisation. Superior internal client service skills with highly reliable follow through on inquiries. Ability to work collaboratively with teams throughout the organisation. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field. 10+ years related experience with at least 5 years in a Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
